By accessing or using Srome, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Srome on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.
You may not access another person's account without permission, attempt to bypass authentication, or interfere with security controls.
3. Conversations, contacts, and memory
Srome provides private messaging, contacts, conversation controls, attachments, notifications, presence settings, and memory features. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights and consent needed to share or store that content.
AI-assisted or memory-based outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific context. You should review important outputs before relying on them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Srome to:
- violate laws or the rights of others;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse another person;
- upload malware, spam, or content intended to disrupt the service;
- reverse engineer or scrape the service except where permitted by law;
- circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using Srome, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.
6. Service changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also impose limits when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
7. Ownership
Srome and its software, design, trademarks, branding, and service technology are owned by Srome or its licensors. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, secure, and improve the service.
8. Paid features
If Srome offers paid features, pricing, billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms will be presented at purchase or in the applicable app store or payment provider flow.
9. Termination
You may stop using Srome at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or use the service in a way that could harm Srome.
10. Disclaimers
Srome is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srome will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
