Start in Srome
Open Settings → Account and security → Delete account. Verify your identity with the method offered there, review the disclosure, then type DELETE to confirm.
What Srome deletes
After formal acceptance, Srome revokes access and processes account, profile, social graph, message bodies and owned attachments, Moments, AI memory, support data, notifications, storage objects and linked provider authorizations.
Limited retention
Purpose-bound security, delivery, backup, report and deletion-audit records expire on documented schedules. They cannot restore the deleted account.
What deletion cannot reach
Srome cannot delete screenshots, downloads or copies held outside Srome-controlled systems. A permanently offline device cannot be remotely wiped.
